【摘要】本文对青少年学生吸烟行为的成因、发展过程、危害、控制与矫正进行了阐述和分析。作者认为：近10年来我国青少年学生吸烟率在上升，吸烟行为导致的危害严重，与之伴随的就是青少年学生的酗酒、赌博、盗窃、结伙、打架斗殴、甚或抢劫、吸毒等丑恶现象，且确有滋生蔓延趋势。另外，女生吸烟行为在城镇中学阶段增多，农村女生吸烟行为也有出现，危害不可低估，且大城市和城镇女生尝试吸烟率和现在吸烟率均有上升态势。禁止、控制与矫正青少年学生吸烟，不仅仅是一个健康卫生教育问题，而是一个严竣的社会问题，家长不可掉以轻心，学校和社会更应该高度重视。
