【摘要】目的:为了了解南京市浦口区2009年8月龄—14岁及下儿童麻疹减毒活疫苗(Measles Attenuated Live Vaccine, MV)强化免疫活动(Supplementary Immunization Activities, SIA),在血清学和流行病学效果。方法:通过采集0岁～、1岁～、3岁～、5岁～、7岁～、10岁～、15岁～、20岁～年龄组人群血清，检测麻疹抗体，分析比较抗体水平和SIA前后0岁组、1-14岁组和15岁及以上组的麻疹发病例数增减情况。结果：SIA后全区麻疹抗体阳性率91.12%，各龄抗体阳性率在30%-92.96%，达到保护水平(800IU/ML)的阳性率为64.75%，不同年龄组间存在显著性差别，SIA前后的1-14岁年龄组发病例数减少80%-100%。结论:全区麻疹强化免疫安全有效果，达到全省同期水平，全区15岁及以上年龄组麻疹抗体水平偏低而发病例数偏多，证明该年龄组是消除麻疹的重点人群，应开展以麻疹疫接种为主要手段综合防制工作。同时还要继续加强后续的麻疹减毒活疫苗(Measles Attenuated Live Vaccine, MV)强化免疫活动(Supplementary Immunization Activities, SIA)和监测工作，确保全区2012年消除麻疹。

【Abstract】objective in order to understand the nanjing pukou 2009 8 months - 14 years old and children under Measles Live Attenuated Vaccine, Measles Vaccine Live Attenuated (MV) aggrandizement immunity activity (Supplementary Immunization noted, SIA), in serology and epidemiological effect. Methods through acquisition 0 ~ 1 year old age, 3 years old ~ ~, or 5 years, 7 ~ ~ ~, ten, 15 ~ 20 ~ age crowd, serum, detection of measles antibody, analysis and comparison antibody level and SIA before age group, 1-0 14 and 15 years old and above group group of measles number increase or decrease. Results after the measles antibody positive SIA 91.12%, rate of positive of antibody in each age 30-92.96%, obtain protection level (800IU/ML) a positie for 64.75%, different age groups, there exist significant differences between before and after the 1-14 SIA onset age group found by 80 percent - 100%. Conclusion the measles aggrandizement immunity effect, achieve the same safety level, the 15 years old and younger than measles antibody level is low and pathogenesis, proves that the partial per bed.it age group is to eliminate the key crowd, measles epidemic disease with measles vaccination should carry out the means of prevention work ......
