【摘要】 目的：探讨重症手足口病的临床特征及诊治，提高临床医师对重症手足口病的诊治水平。方法：回顾性总结分析78例重症手足口病患儿的症状、体征、实验室检查、治疗及转归等临床资料。结果：除1例就诊不及时外其他77例全部治愈。 结论：早期识别重症手足口病，及时干预治疗，密切观察，预后较好。

    【Abstract】 Objective to explore the severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease clinical characteristics and treatment of severe, improve the clinical physician of hand-foot-and-mouth disease treatment level. Methods retrospective summary analysis of 78 patients with severe HFMD patients symptoms, signs, laboratory examination, treatment and prognosis of such clinical data. Results except 1 case outside the doctor not timely other 77 cases all cured. Conclusion early identification of critical HFMD, timely intervention, and closely observe, prognosis is good.
