【摘要】 目的:探讨阿奇霉素联合痰热清治疗儿童支原体肺炎的疗效,及对免疫调节功能的影响。方法: 80例儿童支原体肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组(常规治疗+阿奇霉素联合痰热清)和对照组(常规治疗)各40例,并选择40例健康体检儿童作为健康组,比较各组的疗效,同时比较各组治疗前后血清IgA、IgG和IgM的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组IgA、IgG和IgM含量均较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组较对照组降低更显著,治疗后治疗组与健康组比较,接近于健康组水平,但对照组与健康组比较,差异仍有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素联合痰热清对儿童支原体肺炎患儿能够提高临床治疗效果,改善患儿的机体免疫调节功能,值得推广和应用。

Azithromycin Tanreqing mycoplasma pneumonia treatment of children and its effect on immune function
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the azithromycin Tanreqing efficacy of treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia, and the impact on immune function. METHODS: 80 cases mycoplasma pneumonia in children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 40 patients, two groups were given conventional treatment, treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy to treat azithromycin Tanreqing, and select 40 healthy children as a healthy group, the efficacy of each group, and to detect the object serum IgA, IgG and IgM changes before and after treatment . Results: The treatment group of 40 patients after 4 weeks of treatment in children with a total effective rate was 92.50%, significantly higher than the total efficiency, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Treatment group and control group IgA, IgG and IgM levels decreased significantly compared with before treatment, and the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group, the treatment group compared with the healthy group, close to the level of the healthy group, no significant difference , but the control group and healthy group, the difference is still significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: azithromycin Tanreqing mycoplasma pneumonia in children can improve clinical outcomes, improve the body's immune function in children, should be promoted and applied.
