【摘要】 目的：探讨股骨近端髓内钉(PFN)治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法：应用PFN治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折32例。结果：32例经3～24个月随访，除1例因内科病死亡外，全部骨性愈合，畸形愈合2例，均可生活自理，无感染、主钉断裂等严重并发症。结论：PFN治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折，具有手术时间短、创伤小、固定可靠的优点，是治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折的可靠方法之一。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To study the proximal femoral nail (PFN) treatment of intertrochanteric fracture efficacy. Methods: PFN treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in 32 cases. Results: 32 patients were followed up for 3 to 24 months, 1 patient died due to internal diseases, all bone union, malunion in 2 cases, both self-care, no infection, serious complications such as nail breakage. Conclusion: PFN treatment of intertrochanteric fractures with short operation time, trauma, the advantages of a fixed and reliable, the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the reliable methods.
