【摘要】目的： 探讨和分析经尿道输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术的护理要点。方法 ：回顾性分析我院近年来使用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗的输尿管结石74例，膀胱结石8例的患者资料，对其进行分析讨论。结果 ：碎石成功率为100%(82)。术后患者尿路通畅，排尿正常，肾功能检查显示恢复情况良好。随访2~3个月并进行静脉肾盂造影，结果显示双侧输尿管显影正常，无肾积水出现。结论： 经尿道输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术安全可靠，损伤小、恢复快。同时，合理、精心的护理是手术成功和术后快速恢复、防止感染及并发症出现的重要因素。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the transurethral ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy care points. Methods A retrospective analysis of hospital in recent years with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy of ureteral stones in 74 cases, 8 cases of bladder stones in patients with data, its analysis and discussion. The results gravel success rate 100% (82). Postoperative urinary tract smooth, normal urination, kidney function tests show a good recovery. 2 to 3 months follow-up and intravenous pyelography showed normal bilateral ureteral imaging, there is no hydronephrosis. Conclusion Transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy safe, injury, quick recovery.
