【摘要 】目的：研究腹腔镜下膀胱前列腺根治性切除术的临床治疗效果。方法：007年3月至2010年10月，利用腹腔镜下膀胱前列腺根治性切除术治疗浸润性膀胱癌，前列腺癌，共33例，病例中浸润性膀胱癌占23例，前列腺癌占10例，病例患者平均年龄为60岁，经检查都没有远处转移。结果：手术平均时间为320min，手术中平均出血量为400ml，其中有1例输血1000ml，32例没有输血。手术以后有2例麻痹性肠梗阻，经过保守治疗后已康复，有2例夜间轻微遗尿，此外，并没有其它并发症。手术以后随访2～40个月，其中有2例因为转移到其它脏器而死亡，有31例健康，无癌生存2～40个月。结论 ：腔镜下膀胱前列腺根治性切除术是安全的，这种手术伤口小，手术过程中出血少，且手术后并发症少，身体能较快恢复，对于膀胱前列腺癌的根治有较好的效果。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the laparoscopic radical prostatectomy resection of clinical effect. Method of March 2007 to October 2010, the use of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy resection of invasive bladder cancer, prostate cancer, a total of 33 cases, cases of invasive bladder cancer accounted for 23 cases of prostate cancer accounted for 10 cases, patients mean age was 60 years old, no distant metastasis after inspection. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical prostatectomy surgery is safe, this surgical wound is small, less bleeding during surgery, and fewer complications after surgery, the body can be recovered quickly, the cure for prostate cancer, bladder better results . ......
