【摘要】高职生与本科生有着相似的心理问题，但在自卑、学习困难和网络成瘾这三方面表现更严重。笔者从社会、家庭、学校及个人等角度入手追寻问题产生的原因，提出加快学校发展、开展课外活动以及进行心理健康教育等矫正与预防策略，以期提升高职生的心理健康水平。

    【Abstract】 Higher vocational students and undergraduates have common psychological problems, but the former have more feelings of inferiority, more difficulties on study and more Internet addiction than the latter.
