【摘要】:目的:探讨异位胰腺的诊断、治疗体会。方法:选择2000年3月～2009年6月我院收治的异位胰腺患者15例,对患者的一般情况、临床表现、病理诊断、治疗方法等因素进行回顾性总结分析。结果:15例异位胰腺患者中,治愈14(93.33%)例,好转1(6.67%)例总有效率100%,所有病例均顺利康复出院。讨论:正确的诊断、治疗方法对异位胰腺的治疗具有重要的临床意义。

    Experience of diagnosis and treatment of 15 cases of

    heterotopic pancreas

    [Abstract]:Objective:To evaluate the value in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric heterotopia pancreas. Methods:Select March 2000 ~ June 2009 in our hospital during the period of the heterotopia pancreas treated 15 patients, and their clinical situation, pathological diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results:Within the 15 patients, 14(93.33%)patients were cure and 1(6.67%)patient was improve; the total effective rate were 100%. All patients were successfully rehabilitation discharge. Discussions:The correct diagnosis and treatment of heterotopia pancreas prevention and treatment have important clinical significance.  ......
