【摘要】:目的:探讨心理干预对酒依赖者家庭功能的作用。方法:将96例酒依赖者以抽签形式随机分为两组,干预组除给予常规药物替代治疗外,还给予系统的心理干预;对照组单用常规药物替代治疗。应用家庭功能评定(FAD)问卷进行家庭功能评定。疗程6个月。结果:经过6个月的心理干预,酒依赖者在沟通、角色、情感反应、情感介入、行为控制和总的功能6个方面评分较干预前差别有高度显著性(x2=6.973,p<0.01),而在问题解决方面评分较干预前差别有显著性(x2=5.336,p>0.01);干预组在问题解决、沟通、角色、情感反应、情感介入、行为控制和总的功能7个方面评分较对照组差别有高度显著性(x2=7.865,p<0.01)。结论:酒依赖者在躯体脱酒后,给予系统的心理干预,其家庭功能明显改善。

Effects of psychological-behavioral intervention on family function in patients with alcohol dependence
【Abstract】:Objective:To explore the effects of psychological-behavioral intervention on family function in patients with alcohol dependence. Methods:96 patients with alcohol dependence were randomly devided into the intervened group which gave routine substitute medication with systematic psychological-behavioral interventionand the control group whichreceived routine treatment only.The family function was measured with Family Assessment Device(FAD)regularly for 6 months.
