【摘要】目的：建立蚕沙药材薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法：以1-脱氧野尻霉素、派可林酸为对照品，通过优化显色剂、展开剂及检视等条件，筛选出最佳薄层鉴别条件。结果：所有批次蚕沙药材均能检出1-脱氧野尻霉素和派可林酸，且斑点清晰、分离度高、重复性好。结论：该法可行性，专属性强，可用于蚕沙药材的质量控制。
