【摘 要】 肌强直是指椎体外系病变而导致的协同肌和拮抗肌的肌张力同时增高，表现为行动缓慢，姿势反射障碍，晚期出现冻结步态等症状，是帕金森病患者最为常见的症状。文中运用中医辨证论治将此病分为肝阴亏耗型、阳虚寒凝型和痰瘀阻络型，并按此三型进行处方用药，取得较满意疗效，值得临床推广。
