【摘 要】 目的：通过对不同ABO血型女大学生中医体质类型及痛经症状的调查，探讨血型对中医体质及痛经的影响。方法：采用《中医体质调查问卷》对155例女大学生进行调查，并进行统计分析。结果：不同ABO血型女生中医体质转化分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；A型血和O型血女生痛经症状评分显著低于B血型女生(P<0.05)。结论：ABO血型对女大学生中医体质无影响，而对其痛经症状有一定的影响。
