【摘 要】 目的：观察穴位埋线联合玉屏风颗粒口服治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染(肺脾气虚证)的临床疗效。方法：将60例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组单用玉屏风颗粒口服治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用穴位埋线治疗。两组治疗1年后对比观察疗效及免疫学指标。结果：治疗组总有效率96.7%，对照组总有效率76.7%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后免疫指标(IgG、IgM、IgA)水平比较，治疗组较对照组水平有明显提高(P<0.05)，提示治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：穴位埋线联合玉屏风颗粒口服治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染疗效显著，值得应用。
