【摘 要】 目的：对秋葵降糖颗粒质量标准进行研究。方法：采用薄层色谱法对秋葵降糖颗粒进行定性鉴别，采用紫外可见分光光度法对秋葵降糖颗粒中总黄酮进行含量测定。结果：通过定性鉴别，秋葵总黄酮可以鉴别出来。秋葵总黄酮线性范围为8～48mg/L，平均回收率是98.57%，RSD为0.52% 。结论：该方法可行，重现性比较好，能有效地控制秋葵降糖颗粒的质量。
