中医药治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的研究进展(1)
【摘要】特发性肺间质纤维化是呼吸系统疑难疾病，发病率逐年上升，被称为“慢性肺癌”。目前，其治疗仍处于困境，除肺移植以外，西医尚无有效的治疗措施。以糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂等为主的治疗在临床应用中作用不理想、且副作用大。大量临床及基础研究均表明中医药在该病治疗中多方面发挥作用，使机体阴平阳秘，在改善患者临床症状、提高肺功能和生存质量方面具有优势。

Abstract：The mortality rate of Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis increase obviously，which is one of refractory diseases， called “chronic lung cancer”. Western medicine have no effective method except lung transplantion.The treatment methed of glucocorticoids and immunosuppression is less useful and more sid effect.Many documents have recorded that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantage for treating it.
