【摘要】在回顾中草药对乙型肝炎病毒作用的实验研究相关文献的基础上，分析中草药抑制乙型肝炎病毒的作用机制。分析表明中草药或通过抑制乙型肝炎病毒 cccDNA的复制，或作用于乙型肝炎病毒转录过程中的启动子及其与启动子结合的肝细胞核因子，或通过相关信号转导通路，或作用于热休克蛋白，从而产生抑制乙型肝炎病毒的作用。深入研究中草药治疗乙型肝炎病毒方面的机制，有利于新型抗乙型肝炎病毒药物的研发。
