【摘要】随着生活环境及饮食结构的改变，尿酸性肾病的发病率越来越高，受到国内外大量学者专家的重视，根据中西医肾的生理功能及临床观察，认为其发生发展与先天不足，肾气亏虚密切相关，临床应用补肾之法获得较好疗效。
