正交试验优化氯霉素包合工艺的实验研究(1)
【摘 要】 目的:研究复方炉甘石氯霉素包合的制备工艺,以提高氯霉素洗剂的稳定性。方法:采用饱和水溶液法制备氯霉素包合物,通过正交试验,以包封率为考察指标,筛选最佳工艺条件。结果:氯霉素-γ-环糊精包合物的最佳制备工艺条件为:氯霉素与γ-CD的质量比为1∶2,包合温度为40℃,包合时间为2h,γ-CD与水的用量比例为1∶30(g/ml)。用该工艺获得的氯霉素包合物进行制备复方炉甘石氯霉素洗剂,在6个月后检测结果与生产时进行对比,氯霉素含量较为稳定。结论:γ-环糊精包合氯霉素制备的复方炉甘石氯霉素洗剂工艺稳定,重现性良好,为工业化生产复方炉甘石氯霉素洗剂提供实验依据。
