【摘 要】 目的：建立二十五味余甘子丸中总鞣质的含量测定方法。方法：以没食子酸为对照品，磷钼钨酸为显色剂，检测波长760nm。结果：没食子酸的线性范围为1.024～10.24μg(r=0.9996)，平均回收率99.2%，RSD=0.6% 。结论：该方法简单、准确、重复性好，可用于二十五味余甘子丸中总鞣质的含量测定。
