蛇黄外洗方缓解痔术后疼痛30例(1)
【摘要】目的：观察蛇黄外洗方对痔术后疼痛的影响。方法：选取痔术后疼痛患者60例。随机将其分成对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组采用温水外洗治疗，治疗组采用蛇黄外洗方外洗治疗，疗程5d，观察两组不同时间疼通评分情况、治疗效果。结果：治疗组在疼痛VAS评分改善程度、显效率方面均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<005)。结论：蛇黄外洗方对于缓解痔术后疼痛具有良好的效果，值得临床推广应用。
