粗齿冷水花中Epihernandulcin的含量测定(1)
【摘要】目的：建立测定粗齿冷水花中Epihernandulcin含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定粗齿冷水花中Epihernandulcin含量，采用ECOSIL ODS-3反相色谱柱(250×46mm， 5μm)，以乙腈-02%磷酸溶液(65：35)为流动相进行等度洗脱，检测波长为240nm，流速为1mL/min，柱温为室温。结果：Epihernandulcin在0114-0683μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=09991)，平均回收率为9950%，RSD=218%(n=9)。结论：该法简单，可行，重现性好，适用于粗齿冷水花中Epihernandulcin的含量测定。
