【摘 要】 中医五液和西医体液免疫有着密切的联系。文章从3个方面论述肾主五液与体液免疫的关系，着重从骨髓、阳气、卫气阐述两者的关系。

    Abstract：Five different category of the noun and humoral immunity has the close relation. From three aspects discusses the kidney five fluid and the relationship between the humoral immunity， emphatically from the bone marrow，yangqi，and weiqi.
