【摘 要】 目的：研究苗藥三两银(Sarcococcahookeriana)的生物碱类成分。方法：采用溶剂提取、各种色谱分离技术进行化合物纯化，通过波谱数据对单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果：分离鉴定了三个化合物，均为孕甾烷生物碱，分别为：Pachyaximine (A) (1)、(20S)-20-(N，N-dimethylamino)-16α，17α-epoxy-3β- methoxy-pregn-5-ene (2)、(2α，3β，4β，20S)-2，4-bis(acetoxy)-20-(N，N-dimethylamino)- 3-[(3-methylbut-2-enoyl)amino]-5α-pregnane (3)。结论：三个化合物均为首次从苗药三两银中分离得到。
