【摘 要】 阴虚燥热，痰瘀互结是2型糖尿病发病的基本病机，阴虚是糖尿病发生的根本，并且贯穿整个病程始终，而痰瘀是糖尿病迁延不愈及产生多种变症的病理产物。黄连降糖片为院内制剂，具有养阴清热、化瘀降浊之功，治疗阴虚燥热，痰瘀互结证2型糖尿病疗效确切。闫镛教授临床上全面分析患者病情，辨证准确，应用黄连降糖片治疗2型糖尿病疗效确切。
