【摘 要】 关于糖尿病的中医论治已经突破了传统的“三消”理论，转而向脏腑辨证和气血津液辨证发展。立论肝脾的脏腑辨证，不仅强调肝脾之阳即肝气、脾气的作用，更加重视肝脾之阴即肝血、脾阴的作用。据此理论，临床在治疗肝脾失调类型的糖尿病时，在疏肝理气，健脾和中的同时，还需顾护肝脾之阴。
