【摘 要】 胃肠功能紊乱是外科手术常见的并发症，其发生率高，既增加患者的痛苦，也可能影响手术预后。目前西医对术后胃肠功能紊乱尚无特异性的治疗方法，中医在治疗术后胃肠功能紊乱中，通过辨证施治，取得一定疗效。通过参苓白术散加减在治疗术后胃肠功能紊乱中的运用，以期对临床治疗胃肠功能紊乱提供参考。
