【摘 要】 目的：优选清咽口服液水提醇沉工艺，为企业规模化生产提供依据。方法：以次野鸢尾黄素转移率和总皂苷转移率作为评价指标，采用L9(34)正交试验优选清咽口服液水提醇沉最佳制备工艺。结果：最佳水提工艺采用10倍量的水，药材浸泡0.5 h，提取3次，每次1.5 h。最佳醇沉工艺为浓缩药液生药含量1.5 g/mL，药液含醇量为70%，15 ℃静置12 h。结论：优选出的水提醇沉工艺与企业规模化生产相结合，具有理论和实际意义，可用于清咽口服液的精制工艺。
