荧光分光光度法测定斯达舒中铝的含量(1)
【摘 要】 目的:建立测定斯达舒中铝含量的新方法。方法:以萘甲醛席夫碱为络合剂,采用荧光分光光度法,在醋酸铵-醋酸(pH=7)的缓冲溶液中测定斯达舒中铝的含量。结果: 在激发波长为437 nm,发射波长为525 nm处,用荧光分光光度法对浓度0~6 μmol/L范围内铝离子标准溶液进行荧光强度的测定,结果表明荧光强度和浓度具有较好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.02%~102.03%,准确度较好。结论:该方法选择性好、灵敏度高、响应时间短、操作简便,适合于胃药斯达舒中铝含量的测定。【关键词】 铝;荧光分光光度法;斯达舒

Abstract:Objective To establish a new method for the determination of aluminium in Si Dashu. Method The content of aluminum in Si Dashu was determined in ethanoic acid-ammonium acetate cushion fluid ( pH=7) with naphthalene formaldehyde Schiff base as complexing agent by fluorescence spectrophotometry. Result The calibration curve of aluminum ion with good linearity was obtained over the range of 0-6 μmol/L at the excitation wavelength of 437 nm and the emission wavelength of 525 nm.
