【摘 要】 弩药针疗法是苗医对膝骨性关节炎有较好疗效的传统外治法之一。通过查阅文献、实地问卷调查及召开专家论证会等研究方法，对苗医弩药针疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎技术操作规范进行研究，内容包括诊断标准、施术前准备、具体操作、术后处理、禁忌症及注意事项等，总结苗医弩药针疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的操作规范，旨在为临床提供参考，进一步促进该疗法的推广运用。
