【摘 要】 国医大师徐经世认为伏邪是内伤发热的主要病因。主要病机为有热毒内伏，邪及少阳；情志内伤，邪伏少阳；邪伏阴分，阴虚发热。治疗以转枢少阳，益气养阴，清热解毒，处方用药以小柴胡汤为基础加减化裁。
