太子参均一多糖对大鼠小肠α-糖苷酶活性影响(1)
【摘 要】 目的:考察太子参均一多糖对大鼠小肠α-糖苷酶活性影响,探讨其降血糖途径。方法:由大鼠分离小肠α-糖苷酶,以对硝基酚-α-葡萄糖苷(pNPG)为底物,利用α-葡萄糖苷酶将其分解成pNP及葡萄糖,而pNP在碱性条件下显色的原理测定酶活力,以考察太子参均一多糖对酶活性的影响。结果:太子参均一多糖HP0.5MSC-F和HPH-1-2,浓度为400μmol/L时对大鼠小肠α-糖苷酶活性抑制率分别为19.00%和28.07%。结论:两种太子参均一多糖对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性具有一定的抑制作用。【关键词】 太子参;均一多糖;大鼠小肠;α-糖苷酶活性
