【摘 要】 目的：观察加味四妙散内服联合如意金黄散外用治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：选取痛风性关节炎患者62例作为研究，随机分为对照组和观察组各31例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组使用加味四妙散内服联合如意金黄散外用治疗;检测其入院及治疗14d后的血清炎症因子、尿酸、血沉水平。同时对两组疼痛程度和关节肿胀度进行评分。结果：经治疗，观察组的总有效率明显高于于对照组(P<0.05);观察组膝关节 VAS 评分及肿胀度评分，与本组治疗前及对照组同期比较均降低(P<0.05);且能够降低白细胞(WBC)、尿酸(UA)，两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于血沉(ESR)也有一定的改善作用。治疗后随访观察组发病率为3.23%，低于对照组患者的9.68%。结论：中药内服外用能够有效的治疗痛风性关节炎。
