【摘 要】 中医学认为坐骨神经痛属于“腰腿痛”“坐臀风”“腿骨风”范畴，根据经络辨证分型：足太阳经型、足少阳经型。中医外治法包括针灸、推拿、拔罐、中药外敷等方法，且常联合应用加强疗效。笔者以“中医外治”“坐骨神经痛”为关键词，在中国知网收集近10年来以两种及以上的中医外治法联合应用治疗坐骨神经痛的相关文献，总结中医外治法联合应用治疗坐骨神经痛的临床研究现状。
