【摘 要】痛风性关节炎是指因嘌呤代谢异常造成体内尿酸蓄积过多导致关节疼痛的一种代谢性疾病，民族医学有许多有效治疗痛风的方法和药物。文章就蒙医、维吾尔医、藏医、傣医、壮医及苗医对痛风性关节炎的认识和治疗的常用治疗方法进行综述，从单药、复方、外治等角度介绍了各民族治疗痛风的动物实验和临床研究进展，以期为痛风的治疗及新药研究提供参考。
