【摘 要】 目的：优选复方黄苦膏成型工艺。方法：采用单因素考察和L9(34)正交试验设计，对可能影响成型因素进行四因素三水平考察，并对结果进行分析。结果：以混合提取湿膏与油溶性基质在75℃下混合，将水相缓慢倒入油相，搅拌至冷却即得。结论：优化得到的成型工艺科学合理，稳定可行。
