【摘 要】 目的：寻找更合适的中医眼科规培生的临床教学方法。方法：选取43名中医眼科规培学员随机分为两组，分别用传统教学法和布鲁姆教学法进行10个月的临床教学，最后比较两组的考试成绩。结果：基础知识考试中，两组考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，在应用能力考试中，两组考试成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在临床应用能力方面，布鲁姆教学法相对传统教学法具有明显优势。
