【摘 要】 李鳌才教授治疗慢性肾小球肾炎，从伏邪理论出发，认为伏邪损伤肺脾肾三脏是本，湿邪、瘀血及郁热是标，治疗当扶正祛邪，标本兼治，其善于化裁经方，重用黄芪，巧妙配伍，临床取得良好的效果。
