【摘 要】 针对当今医学院校理论与临床脱节的培养模式，为提高中医内科研究生临床诊疗能力，响应中医教育体制改革，创办“特色脉学师承班”，对中医内科研究生进行“系统辨证脉学”脉诊培训，培养学生的“脉-证-方”临床思维模式，是中医人才教育改革的一次创新，对于培养出更多的中医实践性人才有重大意义。
