【摘 要】 失眠有形、气、神三个不同层次的病变，由此可将其分为形质病变型失眠、气机失常型失眠及神志异常型失眠。临证当首先辨别失眠的病变层次，即所属类型，以免贻误病情。在此基础上形气神一体同调，既有所侧重，又三者兼顾，以期提高临床疗效。
