【摘 要】 沙棘作为药食两用植物，具有独特的化学成分和药理作用。文章归纳沙棘的不同部位(果实、种子、叶、花、根、茎)化学成分和药理作用方面的研究内容，为今后沙棘资源的全方位开发和可持续利用提供参考。
