【摘 要】 肛瘘是常见的肛肠疾病，治疗难点在于如何彻底清除感染灶的同时保护肛门形态及功能、降低复发率。中医药捻治疗肛瘘历史悠久，立足于中医整体觀，体现了中医“微创”理念，具有操作简单、应用灵活、肛门括约肌损伤小、促进愈合等优点。文章综述了药捻的概念、分类、作用机理、使用方法及临床应用现状，探讨药捻在肛瘘治疗中的应用价值及前景。
