【摘 要】 反流性食管炎的病位在食管，与肺肝胆脾胃相关，饮食不洁、情志失调、劳倦久病为此病的主要病因，气机升降失常为发病基础，肝胆疏泄失司，胃失和降，胃气上逆是此病的主要病机，治疗上重视从肺肝及分期论治，并提倡生活调护。
