分光光度法测定市售孜然粉中总黄酮含量

【摘要】用分光光度法测定了市售孜然粉中的黄酮类成分,并对其结果进行了分析从而对本品质量进行控制。结果表明,采用分光光度法测定孜然粉中黄酮类成分含量,在波长为510±2nm时,浓度与吸光度呈良好线性关系;该法简便易行、快速准确,可作为市售孜然粉中的黄酮类成分含量的测定。

Determination of Total Flavonoids in Cumin powder by Spectrometric Method

【Abstract】 Cumin powder were determined by spectrophotometry and the quality can be controled. The ultraviolet wavelength was at 510 2nm, there was a linear relationship between concentration and absorbance. The method is simple, quick and accurate for the determination of the flavonoids in the Cumin powder.
