正交试验法优选“鼻敏康”中总挥发油提取工艺的研究

【摘要】目的：优选并确立鼻敏康中挥发油的最佳提取工艺。方法：用水蒸气蒸馏的方法提取挥发油，以挥发油总量为指标，采用正交试验设计,对加水量、浸润时间和水蒸馏时间进行探讨研究。结果：挥发油的最佳提取工艺为A2B1C2，即加8倍量水，浸润2小时，蒸馏5小时。结论：筛选的提取工艺可行、效率高,适合工业化生产。

Optimum Extraction for Total Oil in Biminkang by Orthogonal Test

Volume of water ,soakage time and distillation time for the volatile oil extraction rate of the impact were investigated .
