女性压力性尿失禁非手术治疗

Non-surgical treatment in female stress urinary incontinence

【Abstract】 Female stress urinary incontinence is due to lots of factors. It is defined as a kind of involuntary leakage of urine when the abdominal pressure rises. It seriously effectes the quality of women's life and the physical and mental health of them. So it is known as the "social cancer." Its treatment includes surgical and non-surgical treatment. Surgical treatment is used for the patients for which non-surgical treatment doesn't work, the recurrenced and those with severe stress urinary incontinence. For most patients, non-surgical treatment is still more attractiveas a first-line treatment. It includes: intervention of lifestyle , behavior therapy, pelvic floor muscle exercise, Chinese medicine treatment and drug therapy. Especially, the study of pelvic floor muscle exercise is more. Its application is broader. This article reviewed the method and the application of non-surgical treatment. ......
