机械通气应用于慢性阻塞性肺病的护理体会
(四川省自贡市第七人民医院，四川，自贡，643000)【摘要】目的:总结机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者的护理要点。方法:0例COPD患者，在常规综合治疗的同时，进行机械通气治疗及护理。结果:患者经治疗及护理，18例病情好转，血气分析恢复正常，成功脱机，2例死于多器官功能衰竭。结论:治疗过程中，护理人员应密切观察治疗反应和病情变化，熟悉呼吸机的应用指征，做好呼吸机管道的管理、气管导管的护理、人工气道吸痰和湿化的护理及基础护理。

【Abstract】Objective:To summarize the nursing main points of mechanical on ventilation chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease (COPD). Methods：20 COPD patients with respiratory failure received routine comprehensive treatments and mechanical ventilation. Results：After comprehensive treatment and careful nursing, 18 of 20 COPD patients improved, who got rid of breathing machine with normal blood gas analysis, and 2 patients died of multiple organ failure. Conclusion：Mechanical ventilation is an important method to save COPD patients. Successful mechanical ventilation depends on the careful nursing measures such as management of respirator tract, tracheal catheter nursing and basic nursing. ......
