社区妇女围绝经期保健的探讨
(广州黄陂医院，广东，广州,510520)【摘要】本文通过了解围绝经期妇女的健康意识现状，有针对性的提出妇女保健指导，帮助她们提高其自我保健意识，加强围绝经期多发病、常见病的预防并最终减少疾病的发生。

【Abstract】: In this paper, according to investigating the present situation of peri-menopausalwomen's health awareness, puts forwards some suggestions on women's health care guide, to help them improve their self-health awareness, strengthen peri-menopausal frequently-occurring disease, the prevention of common diseases and, ultimately, to reduce diseases.【Key words】: peri-menopausal； health care； health awareness； women
