    【摘要】病历资料在医疗纠纷中是最重要的证据材料，是医疗事故的处理的重要书证，因此病历资料的作用也就不言而喻了，对于医疗机构来说规范病历书写，及时补记病历资料并注明，严禁涂改、伪造、隐匿、销毁或者抢夺病历资料是其减少医疗纠纷的重要手段，对于患者来说提高维权意识，保管好病历资料是其正当、合法维护自身权利的手段。而病历资料的真实性往往是影响医疗事故处理后果的重要因素，所以，在审判中必须要对病历资料的真实性进行认定。
