护患纠纷的原因分析及应对措施(1)
【摘要】目的:探讨预防和减少护患纠纷的应对措施。方法:分析临床护理工作中引发纠纷原因或潜在的纠纷隐患。结果:因护理服务方面,医院制度、管理方面及患者就医期望值过高或自身素质等引发纠纷较多。结论:通过对2007年1月~2008年12月发生护患纠纷的原因分析,将应对措施运用到临时床护理中是减少护患纠纷的关键。【关键词】护士;患者;纠纷;防范

The reason analyzing and measures of disputes between nurses and patients

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the measures of preventing and decreasing disputes between nurses and patients. Methods: Analyse the reason and potential reason which incur the dispute in clinical nurse work. Results:Most disputes because of nurse service, hospitalism, management and high expectation in patients or personal quality. Conclusion: By analysing the reason which lead to the dispute between nurses and patients in January 2007 to December 2008 and applying the preventive measure to clinical nursing work is the key to decrease the dispute between nurses and patients.
